Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship? In-stock items usually ship within one week. When will my order arrive? In-stock orders are typically delivered within two weeks of placing your order.
If you have a damaged or incorrect item, please refer to our return and cancellation policy, then e-mail us a description of what is wrong with the item(s) and whether you are requesting an exchange or a refund. Please include your order number.
Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations
While our goal is for you to be completely happy with every purchase from My Braided Boutique, should you desire an exchange, please notify us by e-mail we’ll arrange for a UPS pickup.
Your satisfaction is guaranteed. If for any reason your purchase doesn’t meet your expectations, please return it to us for a prompt exchange or refund. We want to make this as convenient for you as possible. Please send us an email request first. We will either arrange a UPS pickup for you or you can repackage and return your purchase directly to the return address below. Original processing/shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns should be accompanied by a packing list. Without a packing list, a merchandise credit will be issued for the current price of the item(s) returned. We care about your feedback, so please take a moment to let us know the reason for your return with a simple note.
Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee. By clicking the Order Now button or the Payment button, you are agreeing to the terms of our return, exchange, and cancellation policies.
